DIRECTLY INDIRECTLY YOUR BODY FOLLOWS YOUR MIND. IF YOU HAVE A DITRUBED OR STRESSED MIND TRUST ME YOU WILL END UP WITH NEGATIVITY ONLY.WHEN ALL YOUR EFFORTS FAILS,WHEN YOU FEEL TIRED OF TRYING AGAIN AND AGAIN THEN THERE JUST A FEW STEPS. I THOUGHT I AM NOT GOOD AT MY OWN THOUGHTS AND THINKING ON EACH LITTLE HURDLE I START HAVING SLEEPLESS NIGHTS,NEGAVTIVE THOUGTS,SOMETIMES EAT MORE AND MORE AND SOMETIMES JUST DON’T WANT TO EAT AT ALL. HOW WILL I DEAL WITH THE HURDLES AND STRUGGLES OF LIFE WHICH ARE THE ACTUAL AND REAL ONES. SO AFTER MANY YEARS OF TANTRUMS I TRIED TO FOCUS ON MY MENTAL HEALTH.MAKE THESE STEPS YOUR ROUTINE SOMETIMES ITS OK TO SKIP BUT DURING MAXIMUM DAYS OF A MONTH TRY TO FOLLOW THEM.

1.NEVER EVER IGNORE IMPORTANCE OF SLEEPING.

IF YOU CANT CONTROL YOUR SLEEP TRUST ME YOU END UP WITH HEADACHE OR SOME STUPID NEGATIVE ILLUSIONS ABOUT YOURSELF OR ABOUT OTHERS WHICH WILL EVENTUALLY MAKES YOU FEEL  LOW OR STRESSFULL. SO MAKE YOUR SLEEPING SCHEDULE MORE EFFECTIVE(SLEEPS ATLEAST 7 HOURS). INITIALLY YOU WILL FEEL IT DIFFICULT BUT IF YOU TRY YOU WILL DO IT.

 2FULL MEALS  ATLEAST  TWO TIMES  A  DAY.

IF YOU WANT IT OF IF YOU DON’T JUST STOP HAVING ANY THOUGHTS. FILL THE TANK OF YOUR BODY.TRY TO EAT SOMETHING HEALTHY AND IF THAT’S NOT AVAILABLE GO FOR MOST GOOD EDIBLE ITEM AVAILABLE FOR YOU.IF YOU CANT ABLE TO FILL YOUR MIND WITH GOOD THOUGHTS ATLEAST FILL YOUR TUMMY WITH GOOD FOOD. I SUGGEST TO ADD ATLEAST ONE FRUIT IN YOUR MEALS. FRUITS HELPS TO KEEP YOU A LIITLE LIGHT.

3 WORKOUT OR WORK  WITH  A SMILE.

IF YOU HAVE SOME FREE TIME THEN MAKE YOUR BODY A LITTLE TIRED DO START WITH SOME LITTLE WORKOUTS OR ATLEAST GO FOR A WALK. IF YOU ARE BUSSY WITH YOUR WORK THEN JUST TRY TO DO IT WITH A LITTLE SMILE BECAUSE AT WORKPLACE SOMETIMES ITS OK TO BE UPSET BUT DON’T MAKE IT HABBIT AFTER A LITTLE WHILE WATCH YOURSELF AND SEE BEFORE AND AFTER A SMILE ON YOUR FACE WILL WORK SOMETIMES AND ALSO BEFORE AND AFTER IDEAS ARE IN TREND TODAY.BUT THE MOTTO SHOULD BE TO MAKE YOURSELF A LITTLE TIRED SO THAT IT WILL HELPS YOU IN SLEEPING.
